Everything about each experience there has been great! The food is delicious! I always get the 4 course meal and select a cesaer salad, potatoe soup. Cajun chicken pasta and the caramel cheesecake. Yummm! I recommend any of the piña colodas, and try a hurricane! Very delicious. One tip, do not go there if you do not have the time to relax. Certain times of the day, this place can get very busy. But, they are busy for a reason. Great food and service!

It has been a while since I dined at RL. The service is pretty good. My lunch was brought to my table quickly. Almost too quickly. I can see RL has made some minor changes in response to customer complaints. The side salad is a larger bowl of iceberg lettuce compared to a smaller version some months ago. Big whoop! The grilled shrimp are a decent size compared to the popcorn size in the past. The decline in the cocktails still continues. My Margarita was under poured and 3/4 ice in a small glass. Overall, a very uneven dining experience. I would never go to RL as a destination place to eat and would only return if all other options in the area were closed which would be very unlikely.

I love seafood so my wife got me a gift card for Red Lobster. With kids we don't get many nights out so this was going to be a nice evening. We were seated at table that was not against a wall and I felt like we were on show for everyone. I ordered some sea food platter and two apps. 60 bucks worth of food. I'm not a food snob I'll eat most anything and like it. The rubber 3 times cooked and reheated lobster was gross. Ship were gross and crab was gross. I ended up getting sick and have not ate sea food for 6 months now. I did two tours in Iraq eating 5 year old "Meals ready to eat" MRE's and I'd pick those nasty things over Red Lobster and at 100 dollars for dinner and drinks you should be ashamed.

My wife and I had a gift card from my cousin to use at Red Lobster, so we took the trip up to Maple Grove to use it and visit the Dave and Buster's nearby. Our server sat us down and I ordered a tall Sam Adams, (Beer selection was not the best) and then I perused the ginormous menu. I had a couple of the cheddar biscuits, which were plenty tasty and I ordered the tilapia tacos. My wife ordered the bread bowl soup with the spicy chicken tortilla soup and a shrimp Caesar salad. The tacos were full of tasty white fish and the sauce and toppings just added to the awesomeness. My wife gave me most of her soup, which was extra fantastic. She chomped on the bread bowl and was fully happy. We brought her salad home so I could have it for dinner. A little skimpy on the shrimps, but it turned out to be really solid! Our server was fantastic, and overall, it was a great lunch!

Food was okay but our server spilled an entire beer on our table and us. Nothing except an apology was offered. We did not express any outrage or displeasure but they should comp the drinks or bring a dessert/app at very least. Not returning any time soon.

Service was Outstanding, However the food is just not what it was on other visits. I love Red Lobster been going for years but i have seen a decline in the quality of the food, not going to give up on them but not my first choice any longer.

I'll admit that one of my guilty pleasures is eating the cheddar biscuits at Red Lobster. It's something that i loved growing up and every once in a while I still get the urge to eat a few. Unfortunately, that also means I have to order something else at Red Lobster. And, let's face it, anyone who really appreciates food will be disappointed with what they serve there. This time around the biscuits weren't as good. They were dry and crumbly. Although the second batch they brought out wasn't as bad. I got the grilled maine lobster, grilled shrimp, veggies and rice. The lobster was small and slightly overcooked. No one likes rubbery lobster. The shrimp were small and soaked in butter. That was the main flavor... butter and more butter. The rice was undercooked and watery. Service was good. Our waitress Allie was attentive, checking in a few times and was patient as the other people I was dining with made substitutions. She had a good sense of humor and gladly cracked open the crab legs that my father-in-law ordered and dug out the crab meat for him. It was surprisingly packed on a Tuesday night at 7:30 when we dined. It looked like all of Maple Grove was there at the same time. I doubt I'll be going back to this or any Red Lobster for a long time. My cheddar biscuit itch has been scratched -- at least for another few years.

Ok, so I know Red Lobster is a chain. And if I really wanted fresh, quality seafood, I wouldn't choose to eat here, but does that mean that I don't enjoy their food - of course not! Their cheddar biscuits are delicious! There's nothing NOT to like about them. I love their caesar salads! I think its the dressing I love so much. I always get the catfish (my personal fav) and share my bf's shrimp! And honestly, where else can you go that has an extensive selection of shrimp & seafood at a reasonable price?

Was in Maple Grove the other day when all of a sudden I had a craving for some seafood, so I swung into Red Lobster. Everything was pretty good. I love the biscuits and actually found the recipe so I can make them at home now. The decor is nautical which works well I think, and the booths are comfy as well. I had Tilapia which was pretty good from what I could taste, it arrived at my table covered in this sauce (which was good also) but they drowned my fish in so much of it that it was hard to taste the fish. Had a side of Scallops too and they were OK, not the best but I didn't expect them to be, my cherry coke on the other hand was quite delightful, they even put 2 cherries in it. At the tables they have actual salt & pepper grinders instead of the regular shakers, this is nice because pepper is way better this way. They have some pretty decent lunch specials and if you have kids they seem to like the lobster tank for some reason? I have no idea why.
